“My praise shall continually be of You . . . Let my mouth be filled with Your praise and with Your glory all day. . . I will praise You yet more and more. My mouth shall tell of Your righteousness and Your salvation all the day . . . I will make mention of Your righteousness, Yours only . . . To this day I declare Your wondrous works . . . “ (Psalm 71:6, 8, 14-16; see also 24).  

“I will cry out to God Most High, to God who performs [all things] for me. He shall send from heaven and save me . . . God shall send forth His mercy [steadfast love] and His truth [faithfulness]” (Psalm 57:2-3). 

"Delight yourself in the LORD, and He shall give you the desires [petitions, prayer requests] of your heart” (Psalm 37:4).

“Who can understand his errors? Cleanse me from secret faults. Keep back Your servant also from presumptuous sins; let them not have dominion over me” (Psalm 19:12-13a).

”Praise the LORD! Praise the Lord, O my soul! I will praise the Lord as long as I live; I will sing praise to my God while I have my being” (Psalm 146:1-2).

Now it was so, when Moses came down from Mount Sinai (and the two tablets of the Testimony were in Moses’ hand when he came down from the mountain), that Moses did not know that the skin of his face shone while he talked with Him (Exodus 34:29).

“Not unto us, O LORD, not unto us, but to Your name give glory, because of your mercy [steadfast love, chesed], because of Your truth [faithfulness, emeth]. Why should the Gentiles say, ‘So where is their God?’” (Psalm 115:1-2).  

“Enter into His gates with thanksgiving, and into His courts with praise. Be thankful unto Him, and bless His name. For the LORD is good; His mercy [steadfast love] is everlasting, and His truth [faithfulness] endures to all generations” (Psalm 100:4-5).
